Stephen McGowan joined Rai Duer in 2024 as an attorney specializing in insurance defense, and construction defect law. Mr. McGowan graduated Sum Cum Laude in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University, and then he went on to graduate from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2022. As a graduate of both Arizona State University and Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and prior experience, and expertise to Rai Duer.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Stephen clerked in different types of law firms over the years. Before coming to Rai Duer, Stephen served as a clerk for another prominent insurance defense firm, utilizing his background of over 5 years in nightclub venue security management and Arizona liquor law compliance, to provide valuable insights and assistance in defending dram shop liability cases.
