Sami Farhat joined Rai Duer in 2022, and focuses primarily in general civil litigation, construction defect, and insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Sami has gained experience as an associate with both Phoenix and Tucson insurance defense firms, representing clients in various areas of civil litigation.
Sami received his J.D. in 2018 from the University of Arizona, and served as the president of the Middle Easters Law Students Association, the treasurer for the Latino Law Students Association, and was a writer for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
In his spare time, Sami enjoys watching basketball and football, and is a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
