Rachel Daniel, a law clerk at Rai Duer, P.C., has been a part of the firm since November 2024. She double majored in Political Science and Latin American Studies at the University of Miami, followed by a J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2024. Rachel honed her practical skills through internships with non-profits focused on international human rights law and immigration law and her volunteer work at the Arizona Legal Center, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in client communication. Her role at the firm involves assisting in pre-litigation and litigation processes, drafting legal documents, and conducting thorough legal research.
