Rachael Fornof / Senior Associate

Rachael J. Fornof joined Rai Duer in 2025 and focuses primarily on insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation. Ms. Fornof graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2015, where she served as President of the Trial Advocacy Board. Prior to that, Ms. Fornof earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education from Colorado State University in 2012, graduating cum laude. She has been licensed in Arizona since 2016 and in Texas since 2019 (inactive).

Prior to joining Rai Duer, Ms. Fornof litigated insurance defense, personal injury, and product liability cases. As a Deputy County Attorney at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, she managed a high-volume felony caseload and supervised the Misdemeanor Unit, mentoring prosecutors and streamlining operations. With over 25 jury trials and numerous bench trials, she brings extensive trial experience, strategic motion practice, and a proven ability to secure favorable client outcomes through mediation and advocacy.

Outside of the office, Ms. Fornof enjoys engaging with Arizona’s vibrant community and spending quality time with family and friends.
