Kevin Godfrey was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in October 2021. Shortly thereafter, he joined Rai Duer, PC. as an Associate Attorney. Kevin previously worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Appeals for the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
During law school, Kevin gained experience by working as a law clerk for a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm and as a law clerk at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Arizona. He also served as the senior note editor for the Arizona Journal for Environmental Law & Policy and was a member of the College of Law’s Civil Rights Restoration Clinic where he assisted individuals with past felony convictions through the legal process of regaining their right to vote.
Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, with both a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2021 from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. In his free time, Kevin enjoys going to the movies, attending Phoenix Suns games, and spending time with his family and his dog, Millie.
