Kaitlin Secker joined Rai Duer, P.C. in 2022. Katie was admitted to the Arizona Bar and the United States District Court, District of Arizona in 2019 and has gained experience working in plaintiffs’ personal injury and insurance defense.
Katie attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and graduated in 2019. During law school, Katie clerked for Judge Diane Humetewa at the U.S. District Court, worked in the Post-Conviction Clinic, and interned at the Yuma County Public and Legal Defenders Offices. Katie served as an editor for the Law Journal of Social Justice and as a secretary for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also received an award for pro bono service with the highest distinction for her volunteer work at the Phoenix Veteran’s Court and IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. Katie graduated summa cum laude from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University with degrees in Global Studies, International Relations, and Jewish Studies.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her dogs and cat, and traveling.
