Francis Espiritu joined Rai Duer in 2024 and focuses primarily on insurance defense and construction defect matters. Francis graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2018 and received his Bachelors degree from the University of California, Davis in 2013. Francis has been licensed in Arizona since 2018, and the US District Court of Arizona since 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Francis worked in medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and family law. Francis has appellate experience, having successfully argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals.
In his free time, Francis enjoys traveling to new places with his wife and stepdaughter, rewatching his favorite tv shows, supporting Sun Devil Athletics, supporting his favorite San Francisco Bay Area sports teams, and planning reunion trips with his friends who live in different parts of the country.
