Amorette Rinkleib / Associate

Amorette Rinkleib began her litigation career as a consumer protection attorney representing individuals unfairly targeted by unscrupulous and abusive debt collectors and financial institutions. Ms. Rinkleib prosecuted numerous actions in federal courts throughout the county and obtained many favorable outcomes for her clients. More recently, she switched her focus to representing individuals and companies in her home state of Arizona.

Ms. Rinkleib is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington, and the United States District Courts for Arizona, the Western District of Washington, the Eastern District of Washington, the District of Colorado, the Eastern District of Michigan, the District of New Mexico, and the District of North Dakota. Her experience includes all aspects of litigation including pre-filing investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation and court-ordered settlement conferences, and trial.  

Ms. Rinkleib is an active member of the Junior League of Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs and cat, skiing and snowboarding, traveling, and supporting local restaurants and breweries.

Bea-Mone III, v. Steven D. Silverstein, Attorney at law, No. 8:17-cv-00550, Central District of California (lead attorney handling pre-trial matters, second chair in successful jury trial verdict awarding consumer the maximum statutory damages under the FDCPA)
