Harris M. Scharf is an Attorney at Rai Duer, P.C. He represents clients in business and corporate law matters, drawing on experience in entity formation, governance, and risk management. Harris earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as Student Director of the Business Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic and worked as a Summer Associate at an AmLaw 25 firm in Silicon Valley. His background also includes an internship working in-house for a Fortune 500 company, where he advised on regulatory compliance and SEC reporting. Harris graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona W.A. Franke Honors College with a double major in Philosophy, Politics, Economics & Law (PPEL) and Economics.
Harris is admitted to practice in Minnesota and is pending admission in Arizona.
In his free time, Harris enjoys volunteering, cycling, hiking with his dog Sawyer, and visiting national parks.
