Aaron Gushin is an Associate Attorney at Rai Duer, P.C., where he represents both corporate and individual clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, construction defect, product liability, and contract disputes. Before joining the firm in December 2024, Aaron served as a Staff Attorney with Community Legal Services in Arizona, advocating for tenants facing eviction. He also spent several years as a public defender in South Carolina, handling serious criminal cases from arraignment through trial. Aaron’s diverse background in both civil and criminal litigation informs his strategic, client-focused approach to advocacy.
Aaron is admitted to practice law in Arizona and earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where he served on the Federal Communications Law Journal, and holds a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys Hiking and trail running in the mountains around Phoenix.
